1B Maths and Geography
In 1B, the children have been busy exploring making ten and adding 2 single digit numbers together bridging 10.
We have also been partitioning the number 20 using our number bond knowledge.
In the afternoons, 1B have been learning all about Amazing Antarctica!
We have focussed on explorers that have travelled to the North and South Poles breaking world records.
We have written about the characteristics of the South Pole and have started learning about Penguins and other Antarctic animals.
